Registration PROCEDURES

All participants should register for the conference using the online registration form. Payments must follow registration. Early registration and payment will be available until June 1, 2017. The deadline for registrations and payments will be August 1, 2017. At least one author from each accepted abstract must register for the symposium by May 15, 2017. In any case of payments, participants should send a copy of their payment by e-mail (editor1@notulae.ro). In addition, please keep the contact with the organizers to confirm registration, payment, correct submissions of manuscripts, peer review process, publication etc.
PhD students, accompanying and interested persons in participation at the conference etc. are also invited to register using web-page conference account, http://conference.shst.ro/index.php/horticultura_40/H40/user/account as we will ask when you will Register. Please fill in your profile the contact address and state in ‘Bio-Statement’ your role in participating in the event. Down on the account page, you can create / assign your account as a “reader” if you have no submission as author (co-authors).
Deadline:
- April 15, 2017 – Revised of accepted abstracts and completed METADATA on the conference web-page. (Abstracts » Presentations)
- May 15, 2017 – Submission of full text contributions. Please note that at least one author from each submitted abstract must register for the symposium by May 15, 2017 or the abstract will be removed from the program. For the paying participants, the deadline for submission could be extended, but without affecting peer review process and full text publication.
- June 1, 2017 – End of early registration at reduced fee.
- August 1, 2017 – End of registration.
